At Wallstory Murals
we respect your privacy. We do not sell or share our customer
information.
SHIPPING
Our shopping cart is mainly set up for shipping within the UK
and Europe. If you would like to have a product shipped elsewhere
in the world, please contact us for a shipping cost and we can
arrange to ship the mural to you.
Items are generally shipped within
5-7 business days.
Personalised items may take as long as 10 business days.
Shipping and Handling Policies
Every effort is made to process and ship orders from our suppliers
premises within 48 hours (excluding weekends).
Customised orders will require additional time.
We cannot be held responsible for
delays in the postal service after the packages leave our premises.
Once the package has been delivered to your address it is no longer
our responsibility or that of the postal service.
Typically, orders will take between
7 and 14 working days once they leave the premises to reach you,
but we cannot guarantee this as the postal service is out of our
control.
If you need an order urgently, (in
less than 10days) please contact us before ordering so that we
can get you an expediated quote for delivery.
Wallstory Murals stand behind the
quality of our DIY mural products. Please read the following return
policy.
If, for any reason, you are unhappy
with your mural selection, please contact us to obtain an authorization
code and we will gladly exchange your unused mural for another.
Refunds are available for 30 days on murals purchased directly
through us.
Refunds do not include postage.
No return will be accepted
after 30 days from the invoice/shipping date.
No refunds will be given for used murals, customization fees
or custom murals.
Return shipping charges will be
returned at your expense.
All approved returns MUST be shipped
back to the address supplied with the authorization code, in the
original shipping box and packaged properly to prevent damage
to the merchandise. Wallstory Murals will not be responsible for
any damage to the merchandise caused by mishandling, misuse or
improper packaging of a return. If damage is incurred due to these
reasons no credit or refund will be issued.
We can only provide credit for those items that arrive safely
at our office. We strongly recommend that you mail returns with
some form of insurance and tracking service.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS
Manufacture's damages or defects must be reported to us upon receipt
of the goods. PLEASE CHECK YOUR MURAL KIT IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIVING
IT. NO DEFECT/DAMAGED return will be accepted after 14 days from
the invoice/shipping date.
UNOPENED OR UNUSED MERCHANDISE may
be returned within 30 days of receipt and only with a proper authorization
code.
Authorization codes and return address can be obtained by
e-mailing our office. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT THE
AUTHORIZATION CODE.

Please note that we do need extra
time to customise, produce, and print your mural. If you need
something urgently, please let us know before ordering so that
we can accomodate your needs. We can then work out how long it
will take to get your mural designed, produced and delivered to
you.
